McMinnville only GameStop is closing. Located in the Walmart parking lot, on the corner of Highway 99W & NE 27th St., this business has been in McMinnville slightly over 20 years.

Four employees are reportedly impacted. What is replacing this shuttered business in the same strip mall, but in different suites, is up for some speculation. But according to paperwork filed with the City Of McMinnville and employees of the soon-to-be-closed Game Stop, a Wing Stop and possibly a Jersey Mike’s are to open soon.

Note: Mod Pizza is also reportedly opening in the same strip mall, according to it’s website. Given the City Of McMinnville paperwork says WingStop (below) is opening next door to the almost-closed Game Stop and Mod’s website says ‘Coming Soon’, my assumption is that Jersey Mike’s is a ways off from opening or moving forward.
